How We Work

Working with Dapper & Bride on your bespoke wedding stationery is simple and easy.

Here's our five step process:
 

#1 The Brief:

You have an idea or need a service. Let’s talk about. This usually starts with a phone call; an initial consultation – just so we have a clear understanding of the project you require at hand.  It’s also important at this point to set a deadline, or have a basic timescale. This information allows me to provide you with a quote and to start the creative process – starting with a concept.

#2 The Concept:

We will start work on a concept for your project, once our quote, timescale and  a 50% deposit has been agreed. A PDF proof of your initial design should give you a good idea of what you like and dislike and which elements are especially important. This is a good time for you to present your feedback, just so we know we're heading in the right (or wrong) direction.

#3 Revisions:

As a client, you get two sets of revisions. Once we know we’re on the same page, lets aim  to start working towards the finish line- keeping you up to date in the process, making any additional minor changes needed along the way until you - the client and designer are happy with the completed project. A final proof will be sent for you to give the green light.

#4 Finalise & Format:

Your final project will be supplied to you via email as a PDF and JPG (as standard) – if digital or sent to print for delivery at your given address – If it’s a printed project. If you do require any other format, we’ll be happy to provide to you also.

#5 Payment:

Once the final design has been agreed upon, you will receive a final invoice (if money is owed) via email. Projects that are to be printed will only be produced once the final balance has been cleared.
